Our chalet is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. On the main level is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. There’s also a Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck, where there are 2 tables with seating for 6 at each. The living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a floor-to-ceiling Stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The two guest rooms on this level both have queen beds and share a full bath in the hall.
Another vaulted pine tongue-and-groove ceiling with wood beams showcases the King Master Suite, which makes up the entire upper level. You’ll find complete comfort in the Serta presidential suite mattress, a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower, dual vanity sinks and a corner tub.
In the lower-level walkout basement, there are three more bedrooms, one bedroom with a full over queen log bunk bed and the other two bedrooms have queen size beds. The downstairs second living area has an awesome media room with a 50” flat panel TV, a full-size sectional sleeper sofa and a full-size pool table. There is also a full-size laundry room with a washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator for those extra groceries. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from this level and provides outdoor enjoyment with a large stone, wood-burning fireplace, a private hot tub, and great views of Table Rock Lake in a bug-free environment.

There is a Harter House grocery store located in Kimberling City, 25-30 minutes away. There is a Wal-mart Super Center in Berryville, AR, also about 30 minutes away. Also, there is a new Dollar General in Lampe about 15 minutes away.
Yes, we do have bags of ice for sale if you should need extra ice during your stay and the cost is only $1.50 per bag. We use the honor system and will ask you how many were used via email after you leave.
Lampe has a very limited selection of restaurants. We like and recommend Parmesan's, an Italian restaurant and pizzeria. Nearby Dogwood Canyon and Persimmon Berry Farm have restaurants and are open seasonally
We have regular drip coffee makers, that require regular filters, no cone shapes or filters with numbers, (filters not provided). We do not have Keurigs.
There are several restaurants you can dock up at and eat on the lake. We recommend Pier 28, Watson's on the Water, SS Dockside Cafe, Flat Creek Restaurant, Big Cedar.
Off-site guests are not allowed at the resort unless a guest fee is paid. This is to ensure the resort does not become overcrowded for our paying guests. The guest fee is $25 per person per night during summer peak season and $15 at all other times contingent upon prior payment and notification of their arrival. The number of outside guests allowed will depend on your unit and whether or not you are at your maximum number of guests.

No, we do not allow pets.
We require 10% of the rental total to be paid at the time of booking to secure the reservation. This is a credit to the rental total and not a damage deposit. 90 days before your arrival, 40% of the rental total is due. The remaining 50% of the rental total is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. For 2 units, 50% of the rental total is due 120 prior to your arrival date. For 3 units, 50% of the rental total is due 6 months prior to your arrival date. For groups booking four or more units or stays longer than 14 days, 50% payment of rental total is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. If you choose trip insurance, 100% of the cost of the insurance is due at the time of booking. Trip-insurance is non-refundable.
A ninety (90) day notice is required for cancellation and refund of the 10% payment and will incur an $89 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a 20% cancellation fee of the reservation amount. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full payments made. For reservations that consist of more than one unit or is longer than a 7-night rental, a 120-day notice of cancellation is required prior to arrival date or a 20% cancellation fee of the rental rate will occur. For large groups, part of a group or family reunions that consist of more than 3 units, a 6-month notice is required or a 20% cancellation fee applies to all units reserved. For groups booking 4 or more units, or reservations longer than 14 days, 50% of the rental total is due at the time of booking and is refundable with a cancellation fee of $89 per unit up until one year from the check in date. Within one year, all four units are non-refundable.
